As a manager, you should look at identifying areas that need improvement and then help with training to make it work better.
  4. Set boundaries. In your business, you need people to work productively and that means setting boundaries and ensuring that people know they can come to you when they need to. For a successful employer-employee relationship, you need the trends in your business to matter! 
  5. Tell people you believe in them. Where possible, you need to think about telling your team that you believe in them and work on that with them. Keep the lines of communication open as much as possible and you can have productive, interested and ready employees who want to work for you. Word spreads and if you care enough about your employees, they will know it and they will work harder and better for you.
