For the last almost 9 years, I’ve been designing websites.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a lot of clients. And there have been a lot of people who didn’t go with me, because I was quite frankly, too expensive. They either hired someone else, or they tried to do it themselves.
Which is totally fine. I don’t mind when people don’t go with me, there is plenty of work out there for everyone.
But the people I want to talk to today are the people who know enough to be dangerous. They are fairly tech savvy – they just don’t know how to get started.
So, you need a website, and you have decided that due to financial constraints, or maybe because you already know what you want – you are going to do it yourself.
You could turn to Squarespace or Weebly (please don’t), or you could set up a WordPress website (this is the one you want).
You could spend hours and hours and hours googling WordPress.com vs WordPress.org; or best hosting companies; or what is “ftp”; or any other number of things, and within a few months, you will have a website that you built all by yourself.
Or, you could check out my little program.
I called it Demystify Design because that’s exactly what I want to do. I want to make the process accessible for everyone. Because it’s not nearly as hard as you think it is.
From start to finish, you will run through six modules that will walk you through each step from the most fundamentally basic to the slightly more complex, I show you the whole kit and kaboodle.
When you are done, you will have a gorgeous WordPress website.
