When you rent out your home or apartment to short-term guests, you can’t just throw them the keys and expect everything to fall into place. You must meticulously prepare your home ahead of time for paying short-term guests, many of whom will expect cleanliness and comfort standards comparable to those found in a hotel. Make sure your home is clean
